Cycor business model works in two different ways to adapt different customer needs.

1. Business Model A:


Cycor may take customer projects and conduct the work at the preferred manufacturing site.

In this model, our experienced technical project leaders evaluate the customer drawings, do cost analysis, feasibility and risk analysis as the first step. We submit the cost effective quotation to the customer after the completion of the feasibility & risk analysis of the project. Once the P.O is issued by the customer, first article with detailed report & mark up drawings are provided for the customer approval prior to the production.


Our quote price normally includes fabrication cost, special cleaning/packaging as per the customer specification and shipment cost to the customer. In addition to this, our worldwide logistic team can support customer on drop shipment/ shipment to the OEM, FOR import/ export formalities, duties as per customer needs.

2. Business Model B:


Cycor may act as consultant for outsourcing & identify the sources to conduct the work for customer.

In this model, Cycor can act as a consultant to the customer company on specific projects or to act as a consultant on outsourcing program till the company procurement team develops the infrastructure for outsourcing activity.


In the case of specific projects support, our experienced engineering team identifies suitable sources to conduct the work based on customer project requirement. Cycor technical team will assist the customer company on auditing manufacturer. Customer is responsible for FA analysis, quality control on production when using this services provided by this business model.
